As a Marketing Project Manager, I oversee marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including team formation, vendor management, budgeting, timeline creation, and overall project management. Working with an agency that also provides business consulting, I have the opportunity to build our clients' businesses from the ground up, handling everything from naming and branding to market research, company launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
